Starpoint suffered a great loss with Ernesto Phillips passing March 25, 2004 and Renee Diggs passing March 18, 2005. We took 5 years to grieve and give support to our families.
We had Fans, Family and Friends, attend a Family Barbecue and Tribute to Ernesto Phillips and Renee' Diggs on Sunday, July 19, 2009. It was a great success.
This event inspired the remaining members of Starpoint to start recording and performing again. We made part of this happen by the year 2011, going to Leon', France.
Since then, we have lost another brother and crucial band member, George Phillips!
Another devastating blow to Starpoint, the Phillips Family, Friends and Fans! While this has been a very difficult time, it has empowered us to give honor to our lost ones and continue on our musical journey with Starpoint!
We are looking forward to the opportunity of giving our fans the chance to see and hear us again. On record , on stage with new material and old favorites! We will show our appreciation of Ernesto, Renee, & George, who are really miss.
We will continue working on a New Release and another tour, adding new artist that we hope fit our unique sound!
